Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

I appreciated the staff, especially Mr Eddie and Mike, who were very helpful. They went out of their way to be kind and exceeded my expectations. Mr Eddie and Mike, so I would stay there again. The front staff was very active and friendly, always willing to help with a smile.

The breakfast was terrible. I found stale bread and liquid scrambled eggs with very little choice.

The hotel is central to main tourist attractions, like the National Mall. Getting around is very easy because this location is close to many sites. There is also a metro stop nearby and many restaurants.

I enjoyed the upgraded breakfast, it was very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast included several fruits and yogurt. Milk, bread, warm potato and eggs were also served at breakfast.

The front desk staff were helpful. EVERYONE greeted us warmly and assisted with any request. The hotel's location is convenient and easy to find. It felt safe. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick.

My room was quite spacious and comfortable. i found the location convenient. It really is a short walk to many key sites. the breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of options available each morning. the staff was also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

i noticed the sofa bed wasn't quite as comfy as the main bed, but it was still adequate for a short stay.
